MTM Health Link - Missouri
MTM Health Link is a Medicaid program dedicated to helping participants with limited access to non-emergency transportation to get to and from Medicaid-covered health care services. Participant or HIPPA-authorized person should begin arranging transportation at least 5-7 business days before the appointment.​​

Private Pay
A non-refundable deposit of $20 is REQUIRED for all scheduled rides. Deposit will be applied towards your service total. Participant or HIPPA-authorized person should begin arranging transportation at least 5-7 business days before the appointment. Be sure to indicate pick-up location, drop-off location
